I grew up watching my mother at her sewing machine — a seamstress with an instinct for trends and a gift for turning fabric into beauty. Our home was always alive with colour, texture, and creativity stitched between the everyday chaos of family life.

Over time, I began to notice something many people feel but rarely say aloud:
most stores simply do not design for every body.

Not thoughtfully. Not proportionately.

Not with the understanding that every shape — curvy, tall, petite, athletic, broad-shouldered, post-baby, evolving — deserves to feel seen.

After many years in the corporate world, including running a successful recruitment agency, I found myself drawn back to the quiet magic of making. Fabric in hand. Measuring tape around my neck. Creating pieces that honour the person wearing them.
